總體酒店還是不錯，滑雪體驗也很好，但是還是要吐槽下酒店接駁車預訂：我們提前發郵件確認接駁車預訂流程，但是對方郵件中的連結打開可以看到接駁車時間，就是無法預訂，一直提示需要預留日本電話號碼，非常無語😓最後放棄預訂了。到現場之後，在新幹線車站停車場，酒店人員先讓有預訂人員上車之後，確認有空位之後，讓我們上車，因為過了最熱鬧的春節假期了，節假日不一定哦。
房間是比較有年代感，按鍵控制開關都比較古早，但也充滿復古感，挺有意思。
房間形狀不是很方正，雙人床+雙人沙發床，床的高度比較矮，睡覺比較舒適，沙發床確實不能當床睡啊，睡了兩晚不太舒服，最後一晚和老公換床睡就舒服了。洗漱間非常小，淋浴房也很小，洗澡每天去酒店浴場吧（酒店內有2個），當然也不是和上海極樂湯的規模，池子都不大，人也不是特別多，每天滑雪之後泡泡還是非常舒服噠😊
酒店入住辦理時間嚴格3點開始，早到也衹能等着，要不就寄存行李先去滑雪⛷️前台辦理速度還蠻快，辦理好就可以直接去房間。
酒店1-6號樓非常大，從一頭走到另一頭至少15分鐘，室外那個温泉要走到6號樓盡頭，穿過6號樓美食廣場，我們走了好久。
⛷️滑進滑出非常方便，每幢樓一層都有雪具存取的櫃枱，我們租了三天雪具，找個寄存櫃放着，隨用隨取，非常方便。寄存櫃很大，可以存放雪板、帽子、手套，有分層隔開。説下預訂現場教練，在官網上也是找不到的，無法提前預訂，酒店也有大概3個滑雪學校，到現場會有二維碼掃描預訂，當然好時間都被提前預訂了，總算最後一天早上8點定了一位台灣教練時間，帶孩子去中級雪道練習練習。酒店基本除了日本客人之外，很多台灣客人，國內客人比較少，所以國內發佈的攻略非常少。
每幢樓都有餐廳 美食，根據自己喜好前往，部分需要提前預訂。總之是一次非常不錯的體驗，有機會可以再去，滑道很多待探索。
特別説下新潟縣的天氣，處於日本山區，與東京緯度相差不大，温度沒有北海道那麼低，我們幾天的氣温最低零下5度，白天基本在0度，但是因為山區❄️下得特別大，幾乎每天晚上下一場大雪，第二天在雪裡滑起來特別爽快😆因為温度不算太低，户外活動很適宜，不會特別凍手凍腳，户外站立一段時間也不容易很冷，北海道零下27度是真冷，以後還會繼續考慮到新潟滑雪⛷️。

Its a very complete ski resort hotel with so many restaurants to choose from and the the service is impeccable. The slopes are amazing. Can spend up to a week here.

The staff is very nice even though the hotel is very old… The onsen is very hot but not so cleaned as I got sick from the shared water.
It’s a good place for skiing but I won’t go and pay the price to stay outside of ski season.
